Our Center is dedicated to Teacher Training and Educational Innovation. We belong to the Castilla y León training network and we are a support, advice, training and promotion institution, in charge of promoting, managing and enabling permanent teacher training.
We organize training activities such as courses, seminars, conferences ... seeking to improve the skills of teachers by providing them with tools and strategies to achieve the highest possible quality of the teaching-learning process. These trainings address issues of inclusion, innovation, development of communicative and linguistic skills (international dimension of educational centers), ICTs, school coexistence or development of scientific and didactic skills ...
For this project we have focused on adult education teachers because of the importance that this education has in our society. We have focused on two specific strategic lines given the relevance that both have in the quality of our education: Internationalization and ICTs.
As it could not be otherwise, as people who work daily with training, we have believed it essential to train ourselves first, the advisers and collaborators of the CFIE to later be able to advise the teachers of the adult education centers in accordance with the students who they have in their classrooms.
We set two goals :

Improve the professional competences related to the European Dimension of teachers in adult centers to favor and promote their internationalization.

Know adequate ICT methodologies and tools so that teachers in Adult Education Centers can improve their teaching activity and the quality of the teaching-learning process.

For this we will carry out four mobilities :

The trainings and selected observations aim to improve the skills of our advisory staff in their role of advising and supporting adult teachers both in internationalization and in ICT methodology and tools, trying to contribute to the improvement of the quality of teaching of the adult student body .
The participation of our CFIE advisers in the selected trainings and observations will allow us to improve the dissemination capacity of European projects, trying to get our adult education centers interested and motivated to participate in them and therefore contribute to the internationalization of these. Likewise, with the knowledge of ICT methodologies and tools we would like to improve the ability to promote educational innovation in our teachers so that they can then put it into practice in their own centers with their adult students. In short, we have chosen the activities What we believe the most will contribute to learning and training us so that we can then provide quality advice.
