WE GET FACE WITH PORTUGAL

On Wednesday, November 17, we got in touch by phone with Leonor Carmo, the coordinator of the center of Portugal that we are going to visit. It was such an interesting conversation and it enriched us so much that we decided not to leave it for later and hold a videoconference the next day in the afternoon to put on a face so that we could all be part of the collaboration. Finally, the conversation focused on aspects related to the topics of our project and our visit.

The center that we will visit in Sintra, where qualifications are managed, belong to three Ministries: Industry, Labor and Education. He talks about the AGED, the National Agency for the teaching of the elderly, adult trainers, the professional career of Portuguese teachers. Regarding ICT, we talk about its use, application in both countries and training in its use, as well as the SELFIE platform provided by the European Union. In Portugal, students learn office automation in general. In the qualification centers they normally have 25 hours of office automation to work transversal tools. In short, a very productive video conference. We will keep in touch to specify aspects of our visit to ...
